Warranty

Warranty terms vary depending on the brand and product type:

Camera: Comes with a 2-years warranty.

Camera Lens: 2-years warranty for Canon, Fujifilm, Nikon, Panasonic, Olympus, Sony, and Samyang, Sigma and Tamron lenses.

Mobile Phone/Tablet: Covered by a 1-year warranty.

All Accessories: Carry a 6-month warranty.

To make a warranty claim:

If a customer encounters a product issue during the warranty period, they should contact us via email. We will provide a shipping label for returning the product to us. We will then handle the repair with the manufacturer and return the product without any additional cost.

Please note, warranty coverage does not extend to human errors.

Any issues arising from unauthenticated app downloads or flashing the phone will not be covered by the warranty.

The expected resolution time for warranty claims is 5 weeks.
