    1. How do I place an order?

When you've made your product selection, simply click 'Add to Cart' to place the items into your shopping cart. At any point, you can click on the 'cart' to see the products currently in your cart. You are free to add as many products as you would like to.

On finishing your shopping, click on 'Proceed to Checkout.'

Please note that Packaging & Delivery charges are entirely free. Any incorrect delivery information could result in non-receipt of your order.

Before finalizing your purchase, we kindly ask that you carefully read and understand our terms and conditions of sale, and then check the box provided.

To confirm your order, click 'Order Confirmation.

2. How can I be sure about whether the product I've ordered on your website is available and not out of stock?

We keep our website regularly updated with our complete product inventory. If a product is not in stock, we clearly label it as 'Out of Stock' or ‘Sold Out’.

3. What does the estimated shipping time for your products look like?

Our standard shipping method is through Canada Post. Generally, all orders are processed as well as shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary, but you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. If your order requires review and final approval from our Review Team, it can take up to 2 additional business days to update the tracking details for that specific order.

4. What is the warranty period for the product(s) I order, and what is the process for returning a defective item and getting a refund?

Our products are Parallel Imported Products and come with a Seller Warranty.

Warranty periods vary based on the brand and product type:

      • Cameras: 2 Years Warranty
      • Camera Lenses: 2 Years Warranty for Canon, Fujifilm, Nikon, Panasonic, Olympus, Sony, Samyang, Sigma and Tamron
      • Mobile Phones/Tablets: 1 Year Warranty
      • All Accessories: 6 Months Warranty

5. I have a question regarding the charging adapter that accompanies the phone I plan to buy. Could you tell me what type of charger is included with the phone?

The majority of our phones are the Global Version and come with either an EU or Asian charger adapter. Any phone title ends with a China Version then it comes with a Chinese adapter. However, please rest assured that we also provide an additional adapter in the box for your convenience.

6. Will I incur any extra fees to receive my product?

No, all charges, including GST and/or any additional fees, are already included in the final purchase price of the product.

7. Where do I file a complaint on loss of shipment?

To report a lost shipment, you should reach out to the respective carrier handling your delivery. For the majority of our shipments, we utilize Canada Post. In the event of a lost shipment, customers should contact Canada Post through their customer support hotline.
